Position: Music Teacher (Vocal & Instrumental) Location: The Sanskriti School, Katara Extension Bhopal Job Type: Full-Time Experience : Minimum 3 Years Job Description: The Sanskriti School is seeking a passionate and skilled Music Teacher specializing in both vocal and instrumental music. The ideal candidate will inspire students through engaging lessons, foster creativity, and contribute to the school’s vibrant performing arts culture. Key Responsibilities: Teach vocal (Indian and/or Western) and instrumental music to students across various age groups. Design and implement music lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and student abilities. Prepare students for school performances, assemblies, and cultural programs. Conduct regular practice sessions and music rehearsals. Maintain and care for school instruments and ensure their proper usage. Collaborate with other staff for inter-disciplinary projects and school events. Encourage student participation in competitions and music-related activities. Provide individual attention and guidance to students for musical growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music (Vocal/Instrumental) or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in teaching music to school students (experience in both vocal and instrumental preferred). Proficiency in one or more musical instruments (keyboard, guitar, tabla, etc.). Strong knowledge of Indian and/or Western music theory and practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate young learners. Preferred: Experience in conducting school choirs, bands, or orchestras. Certification from a recognized music institution. Familiarity with integrating technology into music education.
