Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Social Science TGT to deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics, and capable of creating an inclusive and dynamic classroom environment for middle school (Grades 6 to 8). Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lessons as per CBSE guidelines and school curriculum. Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to engage students. Prepare lesson plans, question papers, and evaluation materials. Conduct formative and summative assessments regularly. Promote critical thinking, debate, and analysis through project-based learning. Maintain records of student progress and provide feedback to parents and school management. Organize and participate in school events, exhibitions, and field trips. Support students in academic and personal development. Collaborate with other faculty members for cross-disciplinary initiatives. Attend training programs and professional development workshops. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in History, Geography, Political Science, or related field. B.Ed. is mandatory. Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school (Grades 6–8 preferred). Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Proficiency in using digital tools and smart boards for teaching.
