**Job Description:** As a Female Teacher at our Pre-School, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a creative and nurturing program suitable for preschool children. Your role will involve employing various educational techniques such as storytelling and educational play to facilitate children's learning. You will observe each child to identify areas for improvement in social competencies and self-esteem building. Additionally, you will be encouraging children to interact with one another and assisting them in resolving occasional conflicts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children - Utilize various educational techniques to teach children, such as storytelling and educational play - Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem - Encourage children to interact with each other and assist in resolving occasional arguments - Guide children to develop their artistic and practical skills **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation degree - NTT (Montessori training) certification preferred - Excellent communication and instructional skills - Proven experience of at least 2 years as a Preschool Teacher - Understanding of child development principles and preschool educational methods - Cool-tempered, friendly, and reliable personality Please note that only female candidates are being considered for this position.
