Job Title: TGT Science Teacher Location: Deep Academic Heights, Atrauliya, Azamgarh Reports To: Academic Coordinator / Principal Department: Science Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate TGT Science Teacher to teach Science to students of middle and secondary classes (Grades 4 to 8). The ideal candidate should have a strong command of scientific concepts, effective classroom management skills, and a commitment to fostering curiosity and academic excellence in students. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with the CBSE Board curriculum. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments. Conduct classroom teaching in a clear, engaging, and interactive manner. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects. Use innovative teaching strategies, including the use of technology and hands-on experiments. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents/guardians. Encourage student participation in science exhibitions, quizzes, and other co-curricular activities. Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events. Ensure adherence to the school’s academic and disciplinary policies. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or General Science). B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory. Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience at the middle/secondary school level preferred. Proficiency in English and strong communication skills. Familiarity with digital tools and smart classroom technology is a plus. Skills Required: Strong subject knowledge in Science. Effective classroom management.
