As a Science Teacher at our school, you will play a crucial role in providing quality education to students at the senior secondary level following the CBSE curriculum. You will be responsible for designing and developing lesson plans and instructional materials that are in line with the CBSE curriculum for senior secondary level Science. Your classroom instruction will focus on delivering interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, fostering student understanding and enthusiasm for Science. In addition, you will implement various assessment strategies such as quizzes, tests, projects, and presentations to evaluate student progress and understanding. Providing individualized support to students who require extra assistance and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment will be key aspects of your role. Regular communication with parents regarding student progress, academic performance, and any concerns that may arise is essential. You are expected to stay updated on current trends and best practices in Science education through professional development activities and collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and discuss instructional strategies. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred, along with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification. Prior experience teaching Science at the senior secondary level in a CBSE-affiliated school is preferred. Strong classroom management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for teaching are essential.
