As a Middle School Teacher, the incumbent will have to:

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Mathematics.
• Follow RBSE and NCERT academic frameworks.
• Use teaching aids, experiments, and real-life applications.
• Conduct regular class tests and assessments.
• Prepare students for RBSE Board exams.
• Maintain records of academic performance.
• Provide extra support to weak students.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain discipline and student engagement.
• Promote interactive and inclusive learning.
• Handle doubts with patience and clarity.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Coordinate with other teachers and academic staff.
• Communicate regularly with parents.
• Participate in PTMs, events, science/maths exhibitions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate with a relevant subject
• Fresher may also apply
• Good command over English and Hindi.
• Familiarity with RBSE exam patterns.

Key Skills:

• Strong subject knowledge in Math and Science.
• Effective communication & explanation skills.
• Classroom control and student management.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
