Job Description

Key Responsibilities: TGT English & TGT Hindi

Teach subject-specific concepts in English or Hindi (Grammar, Literature, Writing/Reading Skills) to classes 6-10.
Prepare structured and engaging lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
Deliver clear, interactive, and activity-based classroom instruction to enhance language proficiency.
Assess students through classwork, assignments, projects, and scheduled examinations.
Monitor and evaluate student progress; maintain updated academic records and reports.
Create a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly classroom environment.
Use modern teaching aids, digital tools, and innovative methods to improve learning outcomes.
Provide remedial classes or additional support to students when required.
Collaborate with colleagues for academic planning, cross-curricular activities, and school programs.
Participate in school meetings, workshops, trainings, and extracurricular events.
Uphold school policies and contribute to overall student development.
