Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced TGT Hindi Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Hindi language and literature, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire senior secondary students through engaging and innovative methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Hindi language and literature to students of Grades 11 and 12 as per the prescribed curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
• Prepare lesson plans that are creative, interactive, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to support student development.
• Encourage students to participate in debates, essay writing, poetry recitations, and other language-based co-curricular activities.
• Utilize digital teaching tools and platforms to deliver content effectively.
• Support students in preparation for board exams and Hindi Olympiads/competitions.
• Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a respectful, inclusive learning environment.
• Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress and achievements.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor degree in Hindi from a recognized university.
• Fresher / B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Hindi at the senior secondary level.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technology tools (smart boards, Google Classroom, etc.).
• Passionate about teaching and guiding young learners.
