You will be joining RKS Kalvi Nilayam, one of the oldest and most prestigious schools in Coimbatore with a rich history spanning seven decades. Established in 1953 by Dr. R.K. Shanmugam Chetty, the First Finance Minister of Independent India, this institution was founded with the vision of offering quality education and nurturing young minds to think innovatively, pursue their aspirations with dedication, and contribute positively to society. As a TGT English Teacher at RKS Kalvi Nilayam, you will be responsible for teaching higher grades students with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience and relevant qualifications. Your role will involve providing personalized attention to students, creating an interactive learning environment, and implementing engaging teaching methodologies using a variety of tools and techniques. Additionally, you will support students who may require extra assistance, administer assessments, prepare progress reports, and ensure that lesson plans align with the syllabus. Moreover, you will collaborate in developing new educational programs, curricula, and materials to meet evolving educational needs. Your responsibilities will also include conducting lab sessions and in-class activities to enhance students" learning experiences. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills in English, a strong background in classroom teaching and management, effective interpersonal and organizational abilities, efficient time management skills, and a quick learning aptitude. A Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role are mandatory requirements for this position.
