A TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) English teacher instructs students in classes 6–10, focusing on language, literature, grammar, and composition, typically within a CBSE or similar curriculum. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, conducting, assessing, and maintaining a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction: Develop and deliver engaging English lessons, covering reading, writing, comprehension, and grammar to improve language proficiency.
• Assessment: Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
• Curriculum Planning: Prepare teaching materials in line with educational standards.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Communication: Conduct parent-teacher meetings (PTM) to discuss student performance.
• Extra-Curricular: Organize or participate in co-curricular activities like debates, dramatics, or literary clubs.
• Remedial Teaching: Provide extra support to students needing academic help.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English or related field, with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience in a middle or high school setting is generally required.
• Skills: Strong English communication skills, proficiency in computers, and ability to use digital teaching tools.
