Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality English language instruction for grades 6 to 10, ensuring strong academic outcomes, effective communication skills, and holistic student development in alignment with the school’s curriculum and values.

Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Result Areas)

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE/School curriculum.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids.
• Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in academic planning, staff meetings, training, and school events.
• Support remedial and enrichment programs as required.
• Maintain accurate academic records and documentation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Improvement in student academic performance and exam results.
• Effective classroom management and student engagement levels.
• Timely completion of syllabus and lesson plans.
• Quality of assessments, corrections, and feedback provided.
• Student participation in language activities, debates, and presentations.
• Parent and student feedback on teaching effectiveness.
• Adherence to school policies and academic timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
