Salary Range - Rs.15,000 to 18,000 Job Summary: The Front office Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service experiences from check-in to check-out, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth front office operations while maintaining the hotel’s service standards. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests promptly with warmth and professionalism. Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, following standard procedures. Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests accurately using the property management system (PMS). Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and effective manner. Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit transactions. Maintain updated records of bookings, cancellations, and no-shows. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest needs. Provide guests with hotel information, services, and local attractions. Uphold the highest standard of security, confidentiality, and guest privacy. Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus. Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role preferred. Proficiency in using hotel management software/PMS . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
