Testing Engineer - Python + Selenium

Position: Senior Software Test Engineet- Automation (Python + Selenium)

Experience - 5 to 7 Years

Job Location- Pune (Hybrid)

Required Skills and Experience

1. Strong programming skills in Python (including libraries for automation, data processing, and API development).

2. Automation testing experience with Selenium.

3. Experience developing data-driven web apps or dashboards using Streamlit.

4. Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) integration and SCORM/xAPI standards.

5. Familiarity with Articulate Rise and Storyline for eLearning integration workflows.

6. Hands-on experience in file parsing and transformation (XML, HTML, JSON).

7. Expertise in building and consuming APIs with Python frameworks.

8. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

9. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have

1. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

2. Exposure to AI/ML integration within eLearning or automation solutions.

3. Cloud experience on Microsoft Azure deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and resource management.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and automation frameworks.

2. Implement UI automation using Selenium and build interactive dashboards or tools using Streamlit.

3. Work with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline to integrate learning experiences.

4. Process and transform files in various formats (XML, HTML, JSON) for system integration and reporting.

5. Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, or Django REST Framework).

6. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices through reviews and testing.
