Tester (Cash Management)

As an experienced professional in the Transaction Banking industry with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for various key aspects including: - Understanding business objectives and strategic plans, demonstrating high capability in comprehending organizational goals and identifying problems to be solved. - Experience in functional testing including manual and automation, with a focus on adding value to the process. - Ensuring that system design perfectly aligns with user needs and expectations. - Participating in user acceptance testing and conducting functional testing of new systems and processes. - Acting as a team lead on designated projects or assignments, providing work direction to technical or clerical staff. - Demonstrating strong self-management and flexibility skills, functioning effectively as an individual contributor. - Managing stakeholders across functions and guiding the business on value-added changes while avoiding non-value-added changes. - Collaborating closely with Product Owners and Business stakeholders to identify prioritized backlog items and expand required test cases/scenarios. - Writing test cases in alignment with Business Requirement Documents/Functional Specification Documents. - Demonstrated experience in process documentation and re-engineering. - Providing daily Management Information System (MIS) reports and updates on testing status and progress. - Proficiency in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Azure, Jira, or equivalent Confluence.
