Test Tech Lead Engineer - Mobile Apps (V&V)

As a Test Technical Lead for Mobile Apps V&V at Dexcom Corporation, you will play a crucial role in test automation and frameworks for mobile-cloud native components. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing expertise in test automation and frameworks for mobile-cloud native components. - Leading test automation development and identifying software project risks. - Driving proficiency with software tools for test management, requirements management, engineering analysis, and statistical analysis. - Being hands-on in technical design, coding, and execution. - Developing and leading vision and change that benefits the entire organization. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Proven history of test automation development at a high level. - Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as Kotlin, Swift, Python, JAVA, etc. - High degree of diligence in coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and attention to detail. - Experience with continuous delivery and trunk-based development. - Desire to work in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience and Education Requirements: - Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. - A graduate degree may be desirable at this level with 4 years of related experience.
