As a Test Technical Lead for Mobile Apps V&V at Dexcom, you will play a pivotal role in driving test automation and frameworks for mobile-cloud native components. Your responsibilities will include leading test automation development, identifying software project risks, and promoting proficiency with software tools. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expertise in test automation and frameworks for mobile-cloud native components. - Lead test automation development and contribute to test case and test framework development. - Identify software project risks and implement mitigations through effective test strategies. - Drive change and innovation in the test engineering domain, benefiting the organization as a whole. - Engage in technical design, coding, and execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Foster proficiency with software tools for test management, requirements management, and engineering analysis. - Demonstrate hands-on experience with continuous delivery and trunk-based development practices. Qualifications for Success: - Proven track record in test automation development, including test case modular design and complex test framework architecture. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Kotlin, Swift, Python, JAVA, etc., with experience in testing frameworks like Espresso, XCUITest, and Appium. - Strong attention to detail, diligence in coding, testing, and documentation, with a high degree of precision. - Prior experience in CI/CD implementation and a good understanding of SDLC principles. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative work environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
