Test Prep Sales Head

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the Testprep/Competition Segment at MTG, demonstrating strong leadership skills to manage the Sales Team effectively. Your main focus will be on strengthening revenue, market position, team building, and ensuring profit growth for the assigned business vertical. Key Responsibilities: - Have a minimum of 20 years of experience, preferably from the Publishing/Education Industry. - Hold a Graduate/MBA/PG Diploma from a reputable institute in Sales & Marketing through Regular Mode. - Possess exposure to the Test Prep Market, specifically in the IIT/JEE & NEET Segment, with a proven track record in Institutional Sales. - Demonstrate the ability to manage a large team of around 100+ field sales and in-house staff. - Consistently drive the team to meet or exceed Sales Targets and contribute to revenue generation. - Manage Brand effectively and be adaptable to technology advancements. - Stay updated on market trends and align the team's focus with market demands. Qualifications Required: - Excellent People Management Skills. - Outstanding interpersonal and business communication skills. - Innovative thinking and attention to detail. - Taking ownership of enhancing the customer experience. Additional Details: The selection process will involve a Face-to-Face Interview and background verification. Note: This job is Full-time with a Day shift from Monday to Friday.
