Test Manager

As a Test Manager specializing in UI Path Automation, your main responsibilities will include: - Integrating quality and testing processes into the software methodology. - Applying a risk management approach to develop a comprehensive test set and automation strategy for all products. - Delivering and tracking progress of testing schedules within project environments driven by "time-to-market" considerations, potentially across parallel projects. - Summarizing testing results regularly and conducting root cause analysis of failed tests. - Collaborating with programmers to identify and prioritize areas for efficiency and confidence gains through test automation. - Analyzing, tracking, and reporting on application issues, as well as maintaining documentation on project issues and defect metrics. - Coordinating with internal and external teams on release schedules and push to production schedules. - Collaborating within the product and services client delivery teams on initiatives for automated process improvement. - Detailing and executing test cases, as well as tracking test results. - Maintaining regular and predictable attendance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Solid experience in QA with proficiency in C#, Selenium, UiPath, and UiPath Test Manager. - Strong understanding of test automation strategies and techniques. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work in a hybrid mode with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. - Availability to join within 20 days and work in a shift from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST.
