As a Test Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping test architecture, automation, and feature validation for cloud-native microservices. With software testing experience, you will lead end-to-end feature testing, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Design, develop, and implement scalable test architectures and automation frameworks for cloud-native, microservices-based applications.
- Lead end-to-end feature testing, ensuring high reliability, performance, and compliance with cloud-native principles.
- Utilize Python, Go, Java, C++, and automation frameworks to build robust test solutions in a Linux environment.
- Work hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, CI/CD, DevOps, and open-source integration for testing and deployment.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues related to system operability, serviceability, and performance.
- Partner with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive seamless test execution and technical alignment.
- Engage with customers to explain design solutions, manage escalations, and support troubleshooting efforts.
- Work in a fast-paced, agile environment, driving continuous improvements and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- Engineering graduate or equivalent degree with 6+ years of experience in software testing within telecommunications networks, with proficiency in cloud-native principles, microservices, and automation.
- Expertise in test design, development, and execution, with ownership of SW Test Architecture at the system component level.
- Experience in Python, Go, Java, C++, and automation frameworks in a Linux environment, with strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Helm, CI/CD, DevOps, databases, gRPC, open-source integration, and serviceability concepts.
It would be nice if you had:
- Ability to collaborate across teams, explain technical design approaches, and support troubleshooting for customer escalations.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments with cross-functional teams to meet challenging targets.
- Experience in managing technical interfaces, integrations, and testing across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity in network solutions is a plus.
