Job Title: Senior QA Analyst Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Location: Oshore Experience Required: 78+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly capable Senior QA Analyst with specialised experience in testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), with a primary focus on core nancial modules and processes. The role requires hands-on functional testing of transaction ows, nancial congurations, and accounting logic across F&O, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and performance in enterprise nancial operations. Experience with RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool) is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute detailed test cases for Finance-specic modules including: o General Ledger (GL): journal posting, approvals, allocations, intercompany entries, period-end processes o Accounts Payable (AP): invoice registration, payment proposals, vendor settlement, 3-way matching o o o Accounts Receivable (AR): sales invoicing, receipts, dunning, ageing reports Fixed Assets: asset acquisition, depreciation, disposal, and revaluation Cash & Bank Management: bank reconciliation, payment journals, positive pay o Budgeting: budget entry, control rules, revisions, workows ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Validate dimension-based accounting structures, including nancial dimensions, posting proles, and subledger integration. Perform data-driven testing to ensure nancial integrity across modules and posting layers. Execute regression testing after conguration changes, integrations, or D365 product updates. Perform cross-module testing for Finance interactions with Procurement, Projects, and Payroll where applicable. Use Azure DevOps for managing test artefacts, linking requirements to test cases, logging and tracking defects. Conduct validation of: o o o Tax congurations (VAT codes, tax groups, settlement periods) Currencies and exchange rate impacts on transactions Multi-company posting rules and intercompany workows ¢ ¢ Review congurations in D365 F&O to ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Participate in UAT planning and execution, preparing test scripts aligned with real- world nance scenarios. ¢ ¢ Support data migration testing including trial balance, open transactions, xed asset carry-forward, and bank balances. Conduct go-live readiness validation, including smoke tests, period-end simulations, and reconciliation checks. Required Skills & Experience: ¢ ¢ 78+ years of overall QA experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Deep domain knowledge of nance operations, including core accounting, procure- to-pay, order-to-cash, xed asset lifecycle, Tax, currency & reporting requirements, and banking operations. ¢ ¢ ¢ Strong understanding of ERP nancial controls, compliance, and reconciliation requirements. Advanced prociency in using Azure DevOps for test and defect lifecycle management. Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead QA streams in complex ERP implementation or transformation programmes. ¢ ¢ Procient in data validation and reporting verication for nancial testing scenarios. Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with nance stakeholders (including controllers, nance managers, and CFO-level users). Experience in testing integrations between D365 F&O and external systems, such as banks, payroll, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). ¢ ¢ Familiarity with nancial reporting, data validation, and GL/subledger reconciliations. Desirable Skill: ¢ RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool) experience in test case creation, maintenance, parameterisation, and execution within D365 F&O. Preferred Qualications: Microsoft certication in Dynamics 365 Finance (MB-310 or equivalent). Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
