Primary Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain test plans and automation scripts for validating software components and business scenarios. • Select and apply appropriate testing techniques based on context and requirements. • Ensure quality and accuracy throughout the software release cycle. • Execute non-functional tests where applicable. • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment. • Provide clear and actionable feedback to development teams. • Demonstrate new or updated functionality to internal stakeholders. • Identify, analyze, and escalate issues as needed. • Understand the domain, software architecture, and operating environments. • Apply strong organizational and analytical skills to improve testing effectiveness. • Coach and mentor junior QA team members.
