Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Must have:

Hands on experience of at least 5 years of working as a Test Data Analyst in Banking & Financial Services Testing projects

Experience in SQL/Database skills for data extraction and manipulation

Understanding of the Cards domain (Credit / Debit Cards and its various types and the Transaction lifecycle)

Knowledge of ETL processes and data masking techniques

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data issues across multiple systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in Cards migration or platform modernization projects.

Basic scripting for automation (Python, Shell).

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for banking applications using Selenium WebDriver.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop effective test strategies to ensure high-quality software releases.
Design and implement data extraction techniques using SQL queries to gather relevant information from large datasets.
Troubleshoot issues during testing process by analyzing logs, debugging code, and collaborating with developers.

Job Requirements :

5-14 years of experience in manual testing with expertise in cards/banking domain.
Strong understanding of ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes and ability to write efficient SQL queries for data extraction.
Proficiency in creating detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data using tools like TDM (Test Data Management).
Experience with Selenium WebDriver for automated testing.
