As a Test Lead Engineer at Wipro, you will be responsible for evaluating the existing Selenium framework architecture and suggesting enhancements to boost scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Your role will involve designing, creating, and managing automated test suites utilizing Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and implement new modules or components to expand the framework's capabilities as per project specifications. It is essential to craft robust and efficient Selenium test scripts adhering to best practices and design patterns while also enhancing existing scripts for better readability, modularity, and performance. A deep understanding of API testing utilizing Rest Assured is crucial for this role, along with the ability to enrich the automation framework to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.
