Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Lead with 11 to 14 years of expertise in manual testing testing and documentation and PySpark. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work effectively in a day shift contributing to our innovative projects without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for software projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases for manual testing.
Provide detailed documentation of testing processes and results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
Utilize PySpark to perform data validation and testing on large datasets.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with project goals.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing methodologies.
Develop and maintain testing documentation for future reference and audits.
Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance testing processes.
Monitor testing progress and report on key performance indicators.
Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring software reliability and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in manual testing and documentation processes.
Demonstrate proficiency in using PySpark for data testing and validation.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
