Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Define and implement test automation strategies using

  Java Selenium with Quantum Framework

• Drive end-to-end automation across

  Web UI, API, and Mobile applications

  , ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (developers, business analysts, product owners) to ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
• Oversee test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting across different project phases.
• Establish best practices for automation coding standards, test data management, and CI/CD integration.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones while maintaining quality standards.
• Contribute to test estimation, resource planning, and risk management.
• Stay current with emerging automation trends, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve testing efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1014 years of overall QA experience

  , with at least

  3–5 years in a lead role

  managing QA teams.
• Strong expertise in

  Java Selenium

  with hands-on experience in the

  Quantum Framework

  .
• Proven experience in automation of

  Web UI, REST/SOAP APIs, and Mobile applications (Android/iOS)

  .
• Experience in integrating automation with

  CI/CD pipelines

  (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Strong understanding of

  test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and QA processes

  .
• Hands-on experience with tools like TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, Postman/RestAssured.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
