Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Test Lead to join our Agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, a deep understanding of the software testing lifecycle, and a passion for ensuring high-quality software delivery. As a Test Lead, you will play a key role in leading the QA team, identifying issues, improving processes, and contributing to product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory:- ISTQB certified profiles only

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
•
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Python, Selenium, Robot Framework, or Playwright.
•
Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
•
Utilize test management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to document test cases, track defects, and collaborate with team members.
•
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of software applications.
•
Conduct API testing (preferred) and integrate it into the automation suite.
•
Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, documentation teams, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
•
Think from the users perspective to identify potential usability issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
•
Apply strong analytical skills to identify risk areas, estimate testing scope, and ask critical questions to improve product quality.
•
Continuously assess and improve testing processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
•
Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
•
Proven experience (6+ years preferred) as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
•
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, defect management, and types of testing.
•
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting in Python.
•
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
•
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Nice to Have:
•
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
•
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests.
•
Knowledge of performance or security testing is a plus.
