Test Engineering Intern

As a QA Intern at InCruiter, a startup operating in the HR Tech industry with a B2B product business model, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our products. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing detailed manual test cases based on product requirements and use cases. - Participating in various stages of the QA lifecycle, such as planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. - Assisting in identifying automation scenarios and contributing to the automation strategy. - Supporting performance and load testing efforts by aiding in setup, monitoring, and reporting tasks. - Conducting cross-browser, responsive, and usability testing across multiple platforms and devices. - Effectively logging and tracking bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar. - Communicating issues clearly and collaborating closely with developers and product teams. To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline. - Solid understanding of manual testing processes and QA methodologies. - Familiarity with the QA lifecycle and software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Exposure to or understanding of automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) is a plus. - Basic understanding of performance testing concepts (e.g., load times, bottlenecks, response validation). - Previous internship or project experience in QA/testing is a strong advantage. - Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to quality. - Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.,
