• Designing and Managing Test Plans: Collaborate closely with developers to design, develop, implement, and manage comprehensive test plans for new projects and software developments.
• Test Case Development: Define, implement, and release test cases derived from requirements, ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities.
• End-to-End Testing: Design and execute end-to-end, regression, UI, and API tests to validate the functionality and performance of our applications.
• API Testing: Perform API testing using tools such as Postman to ensure the reliability and performance of our services.
• Bug Analysis and Documentation: Analyze identified bugs in collaboration with frontend and backend developers, ensuring that all bugs are properly documented, tracked, and acted upon.
• Reviewing Test Results: Review test results, identify issues, and collaborate with developers to address defects promptly.
• Best Practices for Test Automation: Follow best practices for test automation, ensuring the stability and scalability of tests across various environments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define and enhance testing strategies, contributing to overall project success.

• Educational Background: Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing and test management, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level or higher is an advantage.
• Test Automation Expertise: Proven experience in test automation using frameworks such as Copado Robotic Testing.
• CI/CD Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools like Copado CI/CD and Azure DevOps to facilitate continuous integration and deployment processes.
• API Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with REST API testing and tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of Test Automation Frameworks: Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, selectors, and managing dynamic elements within applications.
• Testing Methods and Techniques: Extensive knowledge of testing methods, techniques, and tools to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Adaptability: Flexible and independent working style with an adaptable mindset to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
