TDM Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement

  Test Data Management strategies

  to ensure high-quality test data availability.
• Hands-on experience in

  data masking, data subsetting, synthetic data generation, and virtualization

  .
• Work with stakeholders to analyze data requirements and implement automated TDM solutions.
• Manage and maintain TDM tools (

  GenRocket, Delphix, CA TDM,K2View

  ) across environments.
• Collaborate with testing and development teams to provision, refresh, and optimize test data.
• Ensure compliance with

  data privacy and regulatory requirements

  (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Troubleshoot issues related to TDM tools and processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members on TDM best practices.

Required Skills:

• 810 years of IT experience with at least

  5+ years in TDM

  .
• Strong expertise in one or more TDM tools:

  GenRocket, Delphix, K2View, CA TDM

  .
• Experience in

  data modeling, data masking, synthetic test data generation, and subsetting

  .
• Strong SQL knowledge for test data creation and validation.
• Experience working in

  Agile/DevOps

  environments.
• Knowledge of

  automation scripting

  (Shell, Python, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to cloud-based TDM solutions.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration with TDM.
• Domain knowledge in

  Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom

  .
