Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test Architect with 8-10 years of experience to join our team in the Software Services industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SDET and be able to work as a Test Architect L1.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using various tools and technologies.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in testing and quality assurance.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
Experience with automation testing tools and technologies such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, including defect tracking and management.
Mandatory Skills: SDET.
