Job Description

Person with hands-on experience and knowledge on UI and API test automation tools and frameworks, Performance, test analysis and design methodologies and who has explored all the ai based solutions & approaches on these areas.
Implement AI-driven test case generation, defect prediction, and self-healing test automation.
Establish end-to-end automation frameworks to support functional, regression, and performance testing.
Define test governance models, quality metrics, and KPIs for continuous improvement.
Should be good in one programming language - Javascript Or Python
Deep knowledge for debugging & integration testing Build and integrate CI/CD pipelines with automated testing using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to drive quality at every stage of development.
Good Experience on Data testing - Data Normalization Techniques, Data Contracts, SQL Queries-Intermediate and Above
Should have implemented solutions using the following :
- Prompt Engineering (Mandatory)
- OpenAI APIs (Optional)
- Codex / Github Cpilot / Cursor with sound skills on providing the contexts and the required guardrails and rules (Mandatory)
- MCP implementations and Usage (MCP Usage is Mandatory)
- Configurations at LLM level. (Optional)
- Sound knowledge of LLM fundamentals (Nice to have)
- Agents Development (Nice to have)
