Description
As a Test Designer with 8 to 14 years of experience, you will be responsible for various key domains of the QA process. Your role will involve the following: - Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance with End-to-end Testing, Risk-Based Testing, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, Data Analysis / Insights, Project Management. - Specializing in key domains of the QA process and actively driving continuous improvement of the QA practice across the organization. - Providing technical and strategic direction by collaborating with various disciplines to drive quality verification efforts. - Owning the overall Test Strategy for the game and test planning for each pack release. - Partnering with QV DD/DMs on game area releases, QV execution, Live Pods support, etc., to meet overall quality targets. - Driving initiatives like Risk-Based Testing, Data/AI-driven testing, and partnering with game development on Product roadmap, Feature readiness, and Quality Targets. - Owning the Quality Engineering engagement and driving automation, tools & tech evaluation and adoption. - Networking with Quality Designers in QVS across locations for sharing and learning practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent work experience). - 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, test planning, and execution. - Strong understanding of quality assurance techniques, testing, and various test methodologies and processes. - Experience in leading the QA team for product development and creating end-to-end test strategy. - Dealing with the complexity and size of the quality verification process, including change management without impacting the quality goals. - Leveraging tools, tech, automation, and data for test efficiency and optimization year over year. Please note that the job requires Work From Office mode with Shift Timing from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am.
