As a strategic HR Business Partner, your role will involve partnering with senior leadership across the manufacturing and energy sectors to align people strategy with business objectives. With 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience, you will be responsible for talent management, organizational design, and change leadership for organizations with 1,000+ employees. - Serve as a trusted advisor to CxOs/VPs, translating business goals into HR strategies for revenue growth, cost optimization, and market expansion. - Lead end-to-end talent lifecycle, including succession planning, leadership hiring (Director/GM level), high-potential programs, and retention for critical manufacturing/energy roles. - Design and implement organizational structures, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives during mergers, expansions, or digital transformations. - Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and DEIB programs to achieve 85%+ engagement scores and reduce attrition by 15%+. - Partner on performance management, compensation benchmarking, and leadership development using data-driven insights (SAP SuccessFactors/Darwinbox). - Champion change management for HRIS implementations, process automation, and policy rollouts across India/APAC operations. - Manage industrial relations, contract labor compliance, and stakeholder escalations for blue/white-collar workforces. Qualifications and Experience Required: - 10-15+ years HRBP experience; 5+ years at Manager/Senior Manager level in manufacturing or energy sectors. - Masters in HR/IR from TISS/St. Xavier's/MIT-WPU or equivalent; CA/CPA bonus. - Demonstrated leadership of 5-10 member HR teams across multiple locations. - Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox ATS, advanced Excel/PowerBI for people analytics. - Track record managing 1000+ employees with P&L accountability exposure. - Strong stakeholder management with MD/CHRO/CFOs; cross-cultural experience (India/Africa/Middle East preferred).
