Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Identify and approach potential customers (retailers, distributors, hospitals, doctors, or clients, depending on industry).
Promote and sell products/services through field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and promotional events as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [industry-specific, e.g., pharmaceuticals, FMCG, B2B].
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience handling a similar geographic territory or product line.
Understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
