Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Kolkata. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing a sales team, and driving market growth within the assigned territory. Other day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and ensuring target achievement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management
Strong analytical skills for analyzing market trends and developing strategies
Team leadership skills, including the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets
Experience in the retail or digital platform industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
