Job Description:

We are looking for a Territory Manager – Sales in Panagarh. The role involves managing sales activities in the assigned territory, driving revenue growth, and building a strong customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans for the assigned territory.
  • Generate new business through field sales and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Monitor territory performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Graduation mandatory.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales/marketing (BFSI preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage territory sales independently.

CTC: Up to ₹3.15 LPA
