Territory Franchise Officer

1. Franchise Acquisition

• Identify potential franchise partners in the assigned area
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local outreach
• Explain the business model, investment details, ROI, and franchise benefits
• Manage the complete franchise onboarding process from initial contact to sign-up

2. Market Expansion and Territory Growth

• Expand franchise presence within the assigned territory
• Identify high potential locations and provide market insights to the company
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor local market trends

3. Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners
• Provide continuous support to improve franchisee performance
• Conduct monthly review sessions and collect feedback

4. Training and Support

• Provide product training and platform training to new franchisees
• Conduct regular field visits to support operations and business growth

5. Sales and Revenue Growth

• Achieve franchise acquisition and sales targets
• Track franchisee sales performance and provide improvement plans
• Support local marketing and promotional activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
