Company Description JIITAK Inc (?????JIITAK) is a rising software development studio headquartered in Japan, dedicated to sustainable system development We prioritize delivering digital solutions that not only elevate our clients' businesses but also minimize our ecological impact Our talented team, comprising skilled architects, designers, managers, coordinators, and developers, specializes in crafting custom, eco-conscious software solutions to meet our clients' needs In our pursuit of sustainability, we integrate these principles into every phase of our workflow, including planning, designing, and development processes We firmly believe that digital solutions should align with and support the long-term health of our planet About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and efficient DevOps solutions The ideal candidate will excel in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and automation while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence There will be a three-month probationary period offering a salary of 30,000 INR Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure using tools like Terraform or ARM Templates Deploy, manage, and maintain Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters for scalable and resilient systems Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, and Azure DevOps for efficient software delivery Design and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with expertise in networking and security concepts Develop and maintain observability systems (logging, tracing, and performance metrics) using Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure management using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or C# Define and improve development, testing, release, and support processes to ensure adherence, minimize waste, and enhance operational efficiency Implement security best practices, secrets management, and compliance measures to secure production environments and pipelines Perform root cause analysis, resolve system issues, and proactively monitor for potential risks Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes Integrate Azure SQL, App Service, and Functions into CI/CD pipelines for efficient database management and serverless computing Design and implement disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity Additional Qualifications Design, deploy, and maintain on-premise servers, networks, and storage systems Design and implement seamless integration between cloud platforms and on-premise systems Certification in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes Experience in multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud solutions Familiarity with serverless computing and microservices architecture Strong focus on scalability, performance optimization, and cost efficiency Skills And Qualifications Possessing the additional skills Will Be Considered a Plus 3+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation roles Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and pipeline security Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, and related tools Expertise with Terraform, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation for infrastructure automation Advanced knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP, including cloud networking and security Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or C# for automation Familiarity with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for environment automation Exceptional teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Perks Tools: A dedicated Apple MacBook (Apple silicon-based) will be provided during your employment Exposure: Get an opportunity to work with Japanese teammates Amenities: Enjoy free snacks & beverages at the office Flexibility: Benefit from flexible work hours and an informal dress code Work Week: A 5-day workweek schedule
