Your responsibilities will include leading a team of project managers (4 individuals) and organizing their work. You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans considering both customer and internal milestones. Capacity planning and task allocation for parallel projects will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing reports for senior management and project managers, as well as planning the necessary CAPEX and manpower requirements for new projects. Designing, developing, installing, and commissioning the necessary equipment and tools for manufacturing new products will also be part of your responsibilities. You will lead the introduction of new products into production with the involvement of cross-functional teams, prepare manufacturing plans, develop and continuously improve process controls, design manufacturing layouts and material flows, and develop schedules and track tasks required for the installation of production equipment and lines. Your role will also involve participation in the acceptance of machinery and tools, as well as the preparation of P-FMEA and PFC documents, and the optimization of manufacturing costs through process improvements. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of automotive experience, preferably in manufacturing preparation, as well as experience in planning and leading automotive projects. A degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineering, is required along with proficiency in technical English. Knowledge of automotive standards such as IATF and VDA6.3, as well as familiarity with automotive tools such as MFU/PFU, P-FMEA, 8D, and PPAP, is essential. The ideal candidate should be proactive, efficient, and disciplined in task execution, demonstrate perseverance and commitment, and have fluent communication skills in Hungarian both verbally and in writing.,
