As a Production Specialist at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in supporting process delivery by overseeing the daily performance of the team, resolving technical escalations, and enhancing technical capabilities within the team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and support the process by reviewing daily transactions based on performance parameters. - Review performance dashboards and team scores to identify areas for improvement. - Provide technical support and guidance to enhance performance parameters. - Record, track, and document all queries received, along with problem-solving steps and resolutions. - Ensure adherence to standard processes and procedures for resolving client queries. - Resolve client queries within defined SLAs. - Develop an understanding of the process/product for better client interaction and troubleshooting. - Document and analyze call logs to identify recurring trends and prevent future issues. - Identify and escalate serious client issues to the Team Leader if needed. - Handle technical escalations by diagnosing and troubleshooting queries effectively. - Manage and resolve technical roadblocks as per SLA and quality requirements. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate authority in a timely manner. - Provide product support and resolution by guiding users through step-by-step solutions. - Offer alternative solutions to retain customers and clients" business. - Mentor and guide Production Specialists to enhance their technical knowledge. - Conduct trainings (Triages) to bridge skill gaps and improve team capabilities. - Stay updated with product features, changes, and updates through relevant trainings. - Identify common problems and recommend resolutions to the team. - Update job knowledge through self-learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks. **Performance Parameters:** - Process: Number of cases resolved per day, compliance with process and quality standards, meeting SLAs, Pulse score, customer feedback, NSAT/ESAT. - Team Management: Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism. - Capability Development: Triages completed, Technical Test performance. **Qualification Required:** - Mandatory Skills: Teradata DBA - Experience: 5-8 Years Join Wipro and contribute to our modern reinvention journey focused on digital transformation and continuous evolution.
