The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of hiring trends, and the ability to build strong professional relationships. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Develop and post job descriptions across relevant platforms. Source candidates using databases, job boards, networking, and social media. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage the offer process, negotiations, and onboarding. Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs. Represent the company brand positively during all candidate interactions. Requirements: Experience Required - 0-1 Years Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
