Tendering Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tendering Intern to support our business development and bidding processes. This internship is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in public and private sector tendering, proposal writing, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify relevant tenders.
• Assist in the preparation of pre-qualification and tender documents.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and submission deadlines.
• Support the documentation, formatting, and compilation of technical and financial proposals.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, finance, technical) to gather necessary input.
• Maintain and update a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
• Track and monitor tender submission statuses and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic understanding of procurement and bidding processes (a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Word and Excel); knowledge of tender portals is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
