Tendering and Billing Engineer - Interiors

Role Overview: You will be joining Ravindra Interiors Pvt. Ltd. (RIPL) as a full-time Tendering and Billing Engineer - Interior based in Bengaluru. Your main responsibility will involve preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQs), performing quantity surveying, conducting rate analysis, and managing billing systems. You will collaborate closely with project teams to ensure accurate evaluations and submissions in line with project timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQs) for interior projects. - Perform quantity surveying and conduct rate analysis. - Manage billing systems with attention to detail and accuracy. - Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate evaluations and submissions aligned with project schedules. Qualifications: - Proficiency in BOQs and knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles. - Strong analytical skills and experience in Rate Analysis. - Competency in handling Billing Systems with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet project deadlines. - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Previous experience in interior design or construction projects is an advantage. - Knowledge of Tendering Documentation is also preferred.,
