Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Proposal Executive to support our business development efforts by preparing, managing, and submitting competitive bids and tenders.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from government, semi-government, and private sector clients.
  • Prepare and compile tender documents, technical proposals, commercial bids, and supporting documentation in line with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, legal) to gather inputs and ensure bid compliance.
  • Analyze tender documents, terms, and conditions, and highlight risks, opportunities, and necessary clarifications.
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals while maintaining accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain a tender database and track the progress of all active and upcoming bids.
  • Develop relationships with vendors, consultants, and clients to gather market intelligence and support business growth.
  • Assist in negotiations, clarifications, and post-submission communications with clients.
  • Support contract finalization and ensure proper documentation for awarded projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in tender preparation, bid management, or proposal writing (preferably in the Advertising, Media, Event, or OOH industry).
  • Must have knowledge and hands-on experience with bidding platforms such as GEM (Government e-Marketplace) and other relevant portals.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to interpret tender documents, legal clauses, and commercial terms.
  • Proficient in MS Office and proposal management tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Strong team coordination and stakeholder management skills.
