Job Role -

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with 1–2 years of experience in handling government and private tendering processes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating internally, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities -

• Search and monitor relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.
• Prepare and compile technical & financial bid documents.
• Handle online tender submission, document uploading, BOQ filling, and EMD payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product details, and approvals.
• Maintain and update tender documents, trackers, and submissions.
• Follow up on tender evaluations, results, and post-tender activities.
• Prepare reports on tender submissions, wins/losses, and status.

Skills Required -

• 1–2 years experience in tendering or documentation roles.
• Good knowledge of e-tender portals (GeM / CPP / State Portals).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PDF).
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail, time management, and accuracy.
