Tender Executive

As a Tender Executive at AstraZeneca, your role involves ensuring zero breach in tender submissions by adhering to public channel SOP. This includes detailed reading of tender terms and conditions, preparing and submitting pre-bid representations, coordinating with various teams for documentations and approvals, working closely with the tender manager for representing waiver or counter offers, compiling documentation for tenders, conducting internal QC, ensuring accurate and timely submission of tenders, following up on bid openings, and recording all tender-related documents for future reference. Key Responsibilities: - Accountable for Zero Breach in Tender submission by adhering to public channel SOP. - Detailed reading of the Tender Terms and conditions. - Prepare & submit the pre-bid representation in coordination with the Tender Manager & Sales Force. - Coordinate with CFTs (Sales/Finance/Ops/Regulatory/Operations/SOTC and Quality) for related documentations and approvals. - Compilation of the documentation for Tender and conduct internal QC with Tender Manager & Sales 48 hrs prior to the Tender submission timelines. Fulfil the deficiencies raised by TM or Sales. - Submission of tenders in time with accuracy (with 0 deficiency) to ensure the technical qualification. - Follow up on the Technical and price bid opening.
