Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential tender opportunities aligned with the companys goals. Analyze tender documents and requirements to ensure full understanding and compliance. Prepare and compile bid documents, including technical and financial proposals. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, etc.) to gather relevant information and ensure accurate submission of tenders. Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tender documents to meet deadlines. Monitor the progress of tender submissions and follow up as required. Manage and maintain a detailed record of tender submissions, including updates on outcomes. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify any queries related to tenders. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards throughout the tendering process. Track and analyze bid performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for future submissions. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree with gove website knowledge (Mahatender. eprocurement, GeM etc ). Proven experience in tendering or bid management, ideally within a similar industry. Strong understanding of tender processes, compliance requirements, and contract management. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Previous experience with government or corporate tendering is a plus.
