Job Description: Tender Executive Wire & Cable Industry Position: Tender Executive Industry: Wire & Cable / Electrical Manufacturing Location: New Friends Colony, South Delhi Experience: 14 years (preferably in electrical, wire & cable, EPC, or government tendering) Qualification : Graduate / Diploma in Electrical or any Experience in wire & cable or electrical industry tendering preferred. Key Responsibilities: Search, identify & track government and private tenders related to wire & cable products. Study tender documents, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms. Coordinate with Sales, Production, QC, and Finance teams to collect required data for tender submission. Prepare technical & commercial bid documents, BOQ, price sheets, and compliance statements. Register the company on GeM, CPPP, State e-tender portals, and update certificates/documents regularly. Manage online bid submission, uploading documents, and ensuring timely submission before deadlines. Follow-up with departments for tender queries, corrigendum, EMD, PBG, and other related requirements. Maintain tender MIS: submitted bids, results, win/loss analysis, and document validity tracking. Support the sales team by providing tender summaries, competition analysis, and price comparison reports. Coordinate for post-tender activities: technical clarifications, negotiation, LOA/PO collection, etc. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of e-tendering portals (GeM, CPPP, state tenders). Good understanding of electrical products: cables, wires, conductors, accessories. Excellent communication & documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF Tools & Online Tender Portals.
