Temenos T24-Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Temenos Transact (T24) Technical Consultant to design, develop, and implement technical solutions for core banking systems. The role involves customization, integration, upgrades, and performance optimization using Temenos technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Temenos Transact applications using TAFJ, jBase, and Temenos Design Studio.
• Implement interfaces and integrations with external systems using Temenos Integration Framework (IF), APIs, and middleware.
• Perform data migration, COB optimization, and support system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide Level 2/3 support for production environments.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with security and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and version control using Git.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Temenos Transact architecture and technical frameworks (TAFJ, TAFC).
• Proficiency in jBase, Java, SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting.
• Experience with Oracle DB, JBOSS, and job schedulers (AWA).
• Familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP), MQ, and integration tools.
• Understanding of core banking processes and modules (Accounts, Payments, Lending).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in Temenos Transact technical development.
• Temenos certifications are a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to COB performance tuning, multi-company setups, and private banking modules.
• Knowledge of ISO20022, SWIFT messaging, and Temenos Interaction Framework.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket) and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk).
