Telugu Teacher Grade 1-5

As a Telugu Teacher at Crimson Schools, your primary responsibility will be to nurture language proficiency and cultural appreciation among students. You will be delivering engaging lessons in reading, writing, grammar, and literature to enhance students" communication skills in Telugu. Your key responsibilities will include planning and conducting interactive Telugu language lessons in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. You will be teaching grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and creative writing while focusing on developing students" speaking and listening skills through various engaging activities. Assessing student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in fostering an appreciation for Telugu literature, poetry, and cultural heritage through language-based competitions, storytelling sessions, and cultural events. Collaboration with other teachers to integrate language learning with interdisciplinary subjects will be essential. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Telugu or a related field along with a B.Ed. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required. You should have a strong command of the Telugu language and literature, effective communication and classroom management skills, and the ability to engage students using interactive teaching methods. A passion for language teaching and cultural preservation is also crucial. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the work location is in person.
